Service information.

The website describes a proposed scope of service and example capabilities. A commission's property coverage, source requirements, presentation options, supported devices, deliverables, schedule, fees, reviews and hosting arrangements are agreed separately.

Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not create a commission or confirm a price, schedule or production slot.

The apartment prototype.

The example is a visual reconstruction of a two-level apartment in Japan, based on supplied photographs, plans and video. Some dimensions, fixtures, finishes, furnishings and other details are estimated.

The prototype is intended for spatial review and demonstration. It is not a survey, a construction document or confirmation of a property's current condition. Do not use it as a source of verified measurements for building work or a property transaction.

The current prototype is best explored on desktop with a keyboard and mouse. Support for any commissioned walkthrough is agreed for that project.

Concept imagery and proposed elements.

Images labeled as concepts or illustrations explore a presentation direction. They should not be read as photographs of a completed commission. Proposed furnishings, finishes or layouts should be understood alongside their labels and the relevant project information.

Use of website material.

Viewing this website does not grant a license to copy, republish or commercially reuse its images, models or walkthrough assets. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reusing material. Rights and source-file handover for commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement.

Reference material.

Before providing drawings, photographs or other project files, confirm that you are authorized to share them for the intended visualization work. Identify material that has been edited, virtually staged or superseded, and explain known gaps or conflicting references.

Enquiries and external links.

The demo requires an email and acceptance of its lead notice. Formwalk saves the request as a potential lead and may review public business information and follow up about its services. Demo access does not involve a purchase or commission.

The enquiry tool helps prepare a brief. Copying or downloading it saves the text on your device; opening an email draft does not send a message automatically.
