Demo access and lead records.

To open the apartment demo, you provide an email address and agree to the lead notice. Your name and company are optional. Formwalk saves those details in its private Google Sheets lead tracker with a request time, source and record of the notice you accepted, and may follow up about its property walkthrough services.

Requests are grouped by email to avoid creating a new lead for every visit. Providing an address does not verify that you own it. Your email is not placed in the browser address bar or the demo access cookie.

Public business information.

For a business email domain, Formwalk may review the public company website and record a short description, source links and the review date. This domain-level research is not proof of a person's identity, job title or authority. Personal email addresses and unclear matches remain unresolved for review.

Any name or company you supply is kept as submitted information, separately from research. The website does not use private account information or infer sensitive personal characteristics.

Access cookie.

After a request is saved, a signed access cookie allows the same browser to open the demo for 24 hours. It contains an access token rather than your email. Deleting the cookie or using another browser means the email form will appear again.

Contact-page enquiry fields.

The contact-page enquiry tool holds the fields you enter in the current page's memory. It does not submit those fields to the lead tracker or upload property files. The website does not intentionally save your contact-page draft between visits. Your browser may retain or autofill information according to its settings.

If you choose to copy or download your enquiry, the resulting text is placed on your clipboard or saved on your device. You control any later sharing of that information.

Email, messaging and correspondence.

Choosing to open an email draft passes the enquiry text to your email application, addressed to robert.s.xie@gmail.com. Nothing is sent automatically. Your email provider handles delivery if you decide to send the message.

The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp without including your enquiry fields. The LINE number can be used in the LINE app, where phone-number search is available. These services handle your interaction under their own privacy settings and policies. No messaging widgets are embedded on this website.

Correspondence you choose to send may contain your name, contact details and project information. It is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the possible scope of work, and is handled through the email or messaging service you choose. Contact the email below with questions about correspondence or to request access, correction or deletion.

Website access and hosting.

This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served with the website. The demo access cookie serves the access function described above.

The website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical requests, operational logs and information used to provide and protect the service. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Demo lead records pass through Google Apps Script and are stored in Google Sheets under Formwalk’s Google account. The spreadsheet is not shared publicly. Google processes this information to provide those services; see Google’s privacy policy.

Property references.

The website does not accept file uploads. At the initial enquiry stage, share only the information needed to discuss the project. Avoid including identity documents, access codes or photographs containing unnecessary private details.

Arrangements for transferring and handling plans, photographs and other project files should be agreed separately before you supply them.

External websites.

Links may take you to a separate walkthrough or another website. Those services can have their own hosting, access and information-handling arrangements.

This page should be updated whenever the contact tool, hosting arrangements or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies this notice.
