FORMWALK — PROPERTY REFERENCE CHECKLIST 1. A short brief Property type/location, intended audience, included rooms/levels/outdoor areas, existing or proposed condition. 2. A plan or measured sketch for each level Include key lengths and widths, room names, door/window positions, ceiling heights and level changes. Mark measured values separately from estimates. 3. Photographs of existing spaces Start with two clear photos from opposite corners/ends of each simple room. Add coverage for hidden walls, openings, stairs, fixed fittings and connections. Use original, clearly labelled files. 4. Stairs and outdoor areas Show their connections, levels and dimensions where included. A slow walkthrough video can help explain the route. 5. Proposed spaces Provide approved dimensioned drawings, heights/sections and finish references. Label proposed elements and assumptions. 6. The review We review the available material, agree estimates and identify important gaps before detailed modeling. CAD files and scans can help but are not required for the initial conversation. Visual reconstructions do not establish surveyed construction dimensions. Scope, fees, review stages, hosting and delivery are agreed for each project.
